Really new to this. How can I add money to my paypal account without having to link a bank card or credit card and not have to wait days for the money to be accessible?
Adding funds from your linked and confirmed bank account is the only available option in your country. Unless someone sends you money from someone's PayPal account, it will be added to your PayPal balance right away if there is no issue.
