Merchant has invalid email

Merchant has invalid email address ..how do I notify them..They did not provide a tracking number with my daughter and I’m trying to retrieve that

If merchant's email address is not valid, you can contact then through his phone number or on his website.

If he doesn't have an website, you can open a dispute and you will be able to communicate with seller through your case.
