I sold two items to the same buyer about 4 weeks ago, she paid but because I was a new seller (not buyer) been on Ebay for years paypal held back my money. Anyway items were sent feedback both ways left and two emails from paypal telling me my funds had been released, only thing the said funds have not appeared either in my paypal account or my bank. Contacted paypal who tell me they cannot find any trace of my funds/activity so I sent them their own emails back informing me of the released funds, they asked what email the buyer had used to pay me - I only have the one email registered and like I said I have been buying for years over 2000 feedback - so please what is going on I seem to have lost £30.00
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
