I'm just about to purchase a relatively expensive item from a well established company and have just noticed their terms state 'We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages'. Just wondering where that leaves me if it doesn't turn up? Do they have a legal obligation to refund, am I covered by PayPal? TIA!
