PayPal won’t Remove Limitation

I have been working with PayPal agents for 3 weeks and have provided them with everything they have requested. My business is registered as a Sole Proprietorship. Businesses of this nature are registered by a specific government organization in my country. I have sent PayPal a copy of the letter issued by this organization multiple times but they will not accept it. Our government does not issue any other documentation so I am completely lost and frustrated. I have provided PayPal agents with this info and also shown them the government website which validates what I’ve sent and explained. Compliance however just keeps sending me the same request over and over for documents associated with a Likited Liability Company (which I don’t have). Does anyone know how I ca speak with an actual person in compliance? They don’t seem to understand my documents and having my account frozen has become so stressful.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
