We’ve received a notification that your PayPal account at is participating in Brute-force activities. Please note that we may be required to take further action to prevent additional attacks, up to and including suspension of your account. Should we take this step, we'll send an additional email notifying you . It sounds suspicious to me, My account as far as i can tell is fine . is it just spam
You should send an e-mail to spoof@paypal.com, they will quickly answer you. I remember having the same mail about such activities and threatening me of deleting my account.. It was spam. But check it out with spoof, join the e-mail you've received and they'll tell!
