I want to find out if this is the correct email: Service @ PayPal (dot) com so I can reply to and send the necessary info to be able to get the funds credited into my account, cause with all the frauds and scams going on I want to double check to make sure that this is a valid email to reply to
I checked my transaction history and saw the pending amount owed to me by my client but I do not know how to access the funds and have them in my account, I don't even know what to do, let alone how to go about it where I can get the funds into my account, I've been told that since no funds are in my paypal balance means I have not gotten paid, and have not shown up in my account balance/transaction history, so what am I doing wrong? please some one help me.
has this ever happened to a seller or first time seller? cause this is my first sale and I want to make sure that this email is legit and is the correct email to reply to cause I got the gift cards and this is a reminder sent by PayPal but I don't want to rush into sending out the info needed without verifying it, I couldn't contact PayPal through email and so I'm asking the community
so is Service @ PayPal (dot) com legit? because I have seen it both as Service @ PayPal (dot) com and service @ paypal (dot) com
Are both legit because that is the email sender I have for PayPal? what do I do? should I reply to the email?

Sounds like a typical scam to me as paypal does not ask you to buy any gift cards to do anything paypal related to be able to receive funds.
No funds in your paypal balance means you have NOT been paid.
Even if the funds were pending under the new seller hold they would still SHOW in your paypal account balance and transaction history.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
