Is this a fraudulent link?

The email i received notifying me of the buyers payment and asking for scans of the eBay gift cards in this transaction has mail to listed as "onlinepaymentreceipt  at post.com"  while the text says "service at paypal.com" . When I click on the transaction ID, i a "Ooops, page not found" message.

Within 60 minutes of trying to work with the buyer, I received a notice of legal action, supposedly from PayPal, only they listed the response deadline as August 3, 2020 while this transaction originated on September 3, 2020. This further reinforces my belief that this is a scam.

Total 100% SCAM.

Paypal do not tell you to buy another companies tokens or vouchers to do anything account related to receive your payments.

No money in your balance =  you have not been paid.

When they think you are not going to send them the vouchers they want to scam you with then they threaten legal action to frighten you into doing so.

Just have a laugh at that one as its rubbish and tell them to get lost.
