I was setting up my PayPal account two step verification and the code wasn't coming to my phone. I decided to "resend" the code and I received a rather strange SMS. It says in Spanish that there was a PayPal transaction of $1.00 from Scotiabank and censors but shows the last four digits of my card number. It also prompts me to call the number on the text if I don't recognize this transaction. This repeated three times but since then has stopped. What worries me is that I don't have one single cent on PayPal or the card itself. I just got done setting it up. Anyone know anything?
