I am buying goods from a us website, but they don't ship internationally. I have got a US address now and will get goods forwarded to me from there, but the website doesn't allow international payments. can I get a US paypal account?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
