I'm new, please help

So I decided paypal was legit and sent something to a person, but now it says I have to pay $300 in clearance charges but I have to use a bitcoin address they sent me. I dont have bitcoin. And the person who sent the money says they will help me with $100 of it. But I dont know what I'm doing. Can someone explain step by step instructions please.

You are getting fake spoof paypal emails.
