How to get Paypal to contact me back - trying to set up a non-profit account

3 times in the last 10 days I've tried to sign up my charity for a PayPal account -- it has me leave a message online and says I'll get a call back in 2 business days.  No calls back.  Is there another way I should be reaching out?  Thanks much!
