How to activate microtransactions fees

Paypal seems to say they have Microtransactions available, so they dont take 35 cents from a 1 euro donation. However, this seems unfindable anywhere.
The Dutch support number is ' out of order ' , every time you ask for help, they send you to automated written out answers, yet it never explain to change the transaction fees for sales or donations under 12 euros, which they state they offer.
Can anyone please inform me how to activate this?

You would need to contact customer services to enable it on your account.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

When I tried to contact PayPal support they said that mictrotransactions wasn't supported anymore in the Netherlands. So you're probably out of luck, but might be worth a try. Let us know how it goes! 🙂
