I placed a order online and paid through Paypal with my Bank of America Credit card as the payment source. I got my receipt from Paypal showing the amount I paid BUT when my credit card bill came in the merchant in China charged 6 TIMES more than my receipt showed. How in the world can PayPal allow a merchant to charge more than my agreed payment and receipt shows. I thought the whole idea of PayPal was to prevent this sort of thing. Anyone else experience this?
When I tried getting a response from Paypal I hit a wall of silence.
