How can I change from business to personal

Last year I already have account with my personal and I dont know what happened . Than i do another account and by mistake i do with business and know i what to changeto personal because i dont have business thanks

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is business and the other is personal. If you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
