Haven't Received Replacement Card

This has been incredibly frustrating. Someone had my cash debit card information so I ordered a replacement. I never received that card. Turns out I accidentally sent it to an old address. Now I can't find any sort of "I didn't receive my card" option on the website/app to get a new card sent to my current address. The only option I have related to my replacement is to activate it. I can't get through to customer service because of limited Coronavirus staffing. I talked to a representative on chat who told me they can't help me because only the PayPal MasterCard department can send me a new card. Obviously, I can't get through to them. Does anyone know if there is an email I can contact or... ANYTHING I can do? This seems like such a simple issue that has become increasingly frustrating and tedious. I can't believe there is no "I didn't receive my card" option on this site.

Hi @Srace1993 Thank you for communicating with us. If you don't receive your PayPal Cash Card, please check mailing address which was used. You can do this by clicking Activate Your Card on the main page, and then click Didn't get your card? Hope this helps. Stay safe.
