Hello
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to save a copy of (or print) a chat transcript? There appears to be no facility to do so on the relevant page.
While it advises messages will be kept for 90 days, I wish to keep one indefinitely.
On searching the topics, I am only able to find one similar question more than a year ago .......... and there was no reply or solution offered!
HELP!!! 😫🙄
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
