Hi,
I wanted to pay to an ecommerce website an amount of 45 Euros from my company's Euros bank account. The ecommerce website shows on their main interface that the fee of the Paypal would be 1%+0.3 Euros per transaction.
When I made the payment my Euros bank account was charged by 47.27 Euros which means almost 5,5 % Paypal fee.
In the moment of the transaction I received a note from Paypal in which they were telling me that they did a conversion from my country currency in Euros.
I thought that should have been a good explanation because they made a conversion on a Paypal conversion rate and that was the reason.
But I realised later that they charged my Euros bank account so what conversion was that? From Euros in Euros?
I don't get it.
I am not able to start a conversation with Paypal since I cannot find any email address.
Somebody to help?
Thanks

You need to adjust the well-hidden paypal conversion options:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-merchant-pull-funding&CALL_FORM_UPDATE=false
select your card conversion options and then "Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice.".
