Fake China based eBay Sellers

I have purchased 4 of the same item from 4 different China based eBay Sellers and all have fallen thru. 2 sellers are no longer registered eBay Sellers, another provided bogus tracking #. 2 of these Sellers do not have "Confirmed" email addresses with PayPal so the funds are "Unclaimed". What are some possible motivations for these Subhuman Malcontents?

If its unclaimed WITH a cancel option then cancel it.

If its unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then it will 'time out' at 30 days and the funds released back to you.

If its completed then you can open a dispute for non receipt of item.
