Sounds like a site from China so buyer beware.

Paypal buyer protection is not a 100% coverall, so read up on that coverage and then risk assess your transactions.

DHgate is clearly an unsafe website. My girlfriend lost her money almost 1k and unable to get the refund back because the seller does not exist at all.

Stay away from DHgate !
