Current Paypal fees for a $3500 purchase?

Hi all, what are the current Paypal fees for a purchase of goods for $3500? I want myself to be protected , so I am willing to pay the extra fees. Thanks

You don't pay a fee for buyer protection, buyer protection is a given and a seller pays all fees.

However that protection is not a 100% coverall so you need to read up on buyer protection and then risk assess your transaction.

I would be VERY CAREFUL paying that sort of money to a stranger with or without paypal buyer protection as it does not cover you for everything and you can still get scammed.

Paypal fees and buyer protection policy are listed in their user agreement for your country via legal bottom right of paypal pages > select country > user agreement.
