Cash not claimed

I sent cash to an inactive email. cash has not claimed. will it get refunded?

If pending / unclaimed WITH a cancel option then cancel it.

If pending / unclaimed WITHOUT a cancel option then it will time out at 30 days post payment.

Support stated that because transaction was marked personal, it's not subject for disputes with PayPal
