Sold a car on eBay and funds have been sent through PayPal, but something seems fishy. How do I know if this is good money or fraud?? Car is being shipped to SC and obviously won't send till verified.
Yes, sent the deposit and then ask how he was paying the remainder of the balance of $13k in cash or bank check. Then made a deposit of $13k and $300 of fees were taken out. So I emailed him that I got charged $300 and just sent me another $300!? So no protection from PayPal??
