Cannot connect to my shopify store

Hi there I am trying to configure the Paypal express checkout with Shopify but getting errors.. But earlier I had connected paypal with my previous stores without any issues.. Can you tell me what's wrong?

This is the error I am getting when I click on the "Agree and Connect"

Welcome to our PayPal Community. If you cannot subscribe to Shopify store that could be because:

• the credit/debit card is not confirmed on your PayPal account
• your account needs to be verified (link and confirm card)
• could be because your account is limited - please check Resolution Center
• card issuer and declining it- if yes, please contact your card issuer
• you might be asked by the system to complete security check
