Canceled bank before confirmation

I didn't know I had to waite for one or two days before I get the confirmation money in my bank. I thought something was wrong after some minute I couldn't confirm my bank. So I decided to start over again but got the message " my bank is disabled. Please any help how to solve this?

Well you can no longer use the code option as you didn't wait for the codes and presumably kept requesting until you had used up your tries.

So the only way you can add your bank account now is to wait until paypals phone lines are up and working again and then speak to an agent to link it for you.

As you couldn't manage the code option then to prove ownership of the account they would request you upload a copy of your bank statement instead to prove you owned that bank account.
