Have been trying to enter my security questions, as requested.
I am using a Mac running Big Sur and have tried Safari and Chrome. It all seems fine but when I click 'Save', I get an error message saying 'something appears to have gone wrong, please try later'.
Is this a general problem? Or can anybody suggest what may be causing this?
