Hi. I found a seller from an online platform and we communicated via whatsapp to agree on what product I want to order. He then sent me an invoice request for the amount that we agreed but he did not put anything under product description and also the details of the invoice only include my email address and some chinese name (so not his full address etc). If I pay for it and the product does not arrive, am I protected with the buyer protection? If the products are not as described, can I provide the whatsapp conversation that proves what product he promised (since the invoice is blank under description of invoice)?
