Hi. I'm based in India. I'm looking to get some educational training service from an overseas trainer, who's asking for an upfront payment. However, I'm concerned about the trainer not fulfilling the service after receiving the funds. This service will be provided to my client from whom I'll receive the funds after the training is complete. Is this eligible under buyer protection?
