I have a school with a minimum number of student requirement. Previously, I've had to cancel classes where students registered online and paid, but I had to eat the PayPal transaction fee when refunding the students. Wondering if there is any way that I could charge all students at the same time based on event flags (such as sign-ups greater than a certain value and a cutoff date (MM/DD/HH MM/SS) had passed? That way students would only be billed if there were enough students for the class, and I wouldn't have to eat the transaction fees for classes that weren't being held.
