Hi I would like to know if there is any efficient way to online chat or call and talk to someone from Paypal support in the UK?
The message system which Paypal heavily encourages seems to be Broken, it takes more than a week to get a half line generic response and get the message closed.
I'm trying to solve an issue since 11/09 with no luck.
Got a case decided on my favour on the 26/10 and still no sign of my refund.
