When i try to deposit money to a website sometimes when i don't have funds in my account and when i am diverted to the PayPal page it says use backup to deposit funds . this option only is visible sometimes . Why is that so ?
PayPal usually uses money in your available PayPal balance first. If there's enough money for the transfer they won't ask for a backup funding source. However, if there's not enough money, the system will ask where to pull the funds from.
