Adding a card and customer service in Egypt

Hello! I was trying to add a card and an error keeps poping that my card was not accepted and it didn't say why. I tried contacting customer support live chat and the typing logo shows right after I start the chat and nothing happens in that chat for days and no one answers even the automatic reply doesn't appear.

Paypal does not accept all cards and to receive funds in your country it has to be a visa.
