I (PH) sent 4$ to someone (EU) and I was charged 4$. This is an insane amount! Recently, someone from the US was supposed to send me 50$ and the fee was 5$ so I beared the loss. This is ridiculous. What's the current rate for sending and receiving fees internationally? The rates I see online are only somewhere along 4.4%. But what is this nonsense??
