If you dial it on your regular phone (at least, if you dial it without the zero), you get the number of a private citizen in New York City. She was nice, but she's gotten quite a few calls from people trying to reach PayPal and isn't especially happy about it. So please learn from my mistake. This either isn't a regular phone number (but rather a Skype number), or it's not correct.

You can view your PIN at any time by logging in to your Online Card Account Manager or you can call Card Customer Services 0333 700 70 60.
