Cant Apply For An Access Card

Hi So i have been trying to apply for an access card but when i got to this page: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/accesscard-apply-premium

and click Get your card it redirects me to this page https://www.paypal.com/webapps/auth/login which has an error on it as you can see in the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/5xp593

Please help

I’m very sorry to hear this.

I’m afraid that PayPal Access Card service is invite only, have you received an email invite from PayPal?

Alternatively you can contact Access Card Customer Services to check if you can apply for a card.
