please i want this cancel this Authorization and get my money back what i should be do ?

when i want to open a case for this transaction i get this message :

"We're unable to file a case for this transaction. You can contact Customer Service for further queries."

please some help !.?

if the message says it's impossible to open a dispute ...
and contact paypal, you will have to do it.

paypal is also on facebook / twitter
no other choice.
