I contacted my host and made sure my hosting includes the TLS 1.2 and HTTP/1.1. However, I don't understand how to test it. If I click on the test, all it says is ok, but it doesn't let me tell it where to look. I am figuring it is telling me that paypal is ok, but that doesn't do my website any good.
Can someone explain this?
Thanks!

In most situations, it's up to your web hosting service to insure that they are up to date - as for you, it's just a matter of insuring your web browser supports TLS v1.1 or v1.2. Seeing that you tried the PayPal test link and it said OK, that would mean that your web browser is OK.
