Why do I have missing orders?

I have 3 orders based on my shopify dashboard, however there is only 1 order showing on paypal?

 

This 1 order has a "on hold" status aswell. 

 

Please urgently help

I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of third party platform Shopify to pass valid API request calls to PayPal system.
