How to get API signature.? my selling tools show but not inside empty.. Please reply me soon as possible. Very urgent

Log in to your PayPal Business account.
Click the My Seller Tools
Click Update next to API access

You have 3 options:

Pre-built payment solution

PayPal Checkout SDK integration

NVP/SOAP API integration

Click the request API link for option 3 if you haven't already requested it.

Log in to your PayPal Business account. Click the My Seller Tools. Its ok. But not found Update next to API access.

The Update button is on the right side of screen.

What browser and version are you using? Can you try a different browser, clearing cache and cookies, all the usual stuff?

Latest version Chrome and Firefox. I already cleared cache, History but notworking. I check another computer, Internet cafe, my home and office. Not working.

As a workaround, can you try to first Login to your PayPal account and then access to this link directly?
