Unable to Send and Receive payments

  1. While making the payment the amount which we suppose to pay is not displaying to customer.
  2. In sandbox testing account we are unable to see the transaction report
  3. On LIVE, we are unable to receive payments.
  4. Could you please check the account limit? 
  5. Also is it mandatory to create App id for SOAP?
