1. Do I need to purchase SSL Certificate for the website ? If yes, Please suggest provider which provides certificate compatible with paypal integration.
You do not need to purchase an SSL cert, your webserver just needs to be able to support SSL certifed connections to other websites/servers, particularly SHA256 certs and TLS1.2.
