We have not been successful setting our website htpps://clinicalavianpathologyservices.com to connect properly through the Paypal Pro to purchase one of our webinars. When we click "Place Order" button it takes us right back to the check out page.

Are you seeing any errors? Is that your own website or someone else and you are just a buyer?
if it's yours and you have logging enabled in the Payment gateway settings, Please share that with me and I will see what's going on there.

It is my clients website and I do have access but I can't find anywhere with where it says "Logging Gateway" in Woocommerce. Or is it on the Paypal website under our Paypal account?
