I have setup woocoomerce on my website using Paypal Pro i have copied API Credentials in my woocommerce store from PayPal API Access(NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)) But when i try to payment i get an ERROR::
Payment was rejected due to an error: (10548) “This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.”
I am not sure about "Third Party Permission Username" and What would be "Third Party Permission Username" for woocommerce ?
