Hi.........we received an email from PP about this, searched the archives, and can't find a simple explanation to determine if we're in compliance or not. We contacted Yahoo/Aabaco/Luminate (our store platform), and they said we were in SSL "Security Compliance", but does that have anything to do with this MC upgrade? Very confusing.
There is no changes needed on your end for the MC BIN 2 upgrade unless your site checks on the BIN numbers. PayPal has comply with the changes and your customers should be able to process payments without issues.
