Issue With Paypal Express Checkout in my Shopify website

 Hi ,

 I have paypal express checkout integration in  my shop ( watchesjewel ) , and linked it with my business account , 

when i tried to simulate buying  an item using my personal paypal an item i've got this error message  : 

We can not make your purchase for now

Return to the merchant site and choose another payment method.

Can any one please help me
