For possible assistance, you may want to provide some details - simply saying there's a problem with my store is too generic.
For example:
Do you have a US PayPal Account ?
Are you using a 3rd party cart ?
Are you using Payments Standard or Payments Pro or Express Checkout ?
Are you doing the testing or is this an issue a customer had ?
Etc, etc. ??
