I'm getting the error while testing a PayPal Pro payment via a CC (Sandbox).

I'm getting the error as mentioned below while testing a PayPal Pro payment via a CC (Sandbox).

Error: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Can you please check what's wrong with my business account? and why getting this  error & My business account details as below.
Username: [removed]
PWD: [removed]
Signature: [removed]

It sounds like the sandbox account you're working with does not have Payments Pro enabled on it.

 

I would try creating a new one and see if you have the same problem with it.
