I have integrated TransactionSearch API Operation NVP in one of my apps for my client. I am getting all the transactions but unable to find transactions that are on hold by PayPal, also if an account is on hold I am not getting transactions at all. Please let me know how I can achieve that...
I had also sent this message couple of months ago and got a response that Paypal developers are working on different features and I might get this update over next couple of months so I want to know when this feature will be available.
