Encryption error when a customer tries to pay with Paypal

Hi,

 

Suddenly our Paypal integration has begun giving clients an error when they try to pay.

This is the message they get immediately after redirecting them from our site:

"the email address for the business is not present in the encrypted blob"

 

The integration is pretty old, and it submits a form to Paypal with the recurring subscription payment.

 

We have not changed anything related to this integration for a long time, and when searching I can't seem to find any solid information about what this refers to.
