Hi all, I'm from HAITI, I have my paypal account, but when I try to provide some personnal informations, such as adress associated to my VISA credit card, I only have the possibility to enter US adress, meaning that it's only available to US resident. Can someboby tell me please why and how can I overcome this situation? Thanks in advance!
